Excellent multihit capability – Edge to Edge
Other personal protection products in this protection level are made my Polyethylene, Aramid or Ceramic composite and have a very limited multi hit capacity.
The FERROLIFE PROTECTOR is made of high grade ballistic Steel and so has very Excellent multihit capabilities – and thats all over the area of the Plate (Edge to edge). Means that there is not week area around the edges, like in composites

Where other material fails - this high Strength Steel Solution is very rugged, fails no drop-test, temperature or water preconditioning.
Ever lasting Shelf Life
Polyethylene, Aramid and Adhesive is highly sensitive to temperature and has a limited Shelf Life (according to the temperature exposed to) which forces the manufacturer to limit the warranty of max 5 years. The FERROLIFE PROTECTOR can easy exceed that lifetime period unlimited as long as the coating is not damaged.
Spall Reduction Coating
Spalling is a major concern for all steel armor. Since steel is hard, when a bullet impacts the strike face, it will explode into Spall and fragmentation. Means fragmentation is likely to go into the body parts around the armor. Our special coating catches the spall before it hurts.
Trauma Backing Pad
Every FERROLIFE PROTECTOR carries a integrated trauma Pad backing which reduces the kinetic energyto the body. It also makes the plate fit into the carrier without slipping around.
