The foundation for the success of MEN - Metallwerk Elisenhütte GmbH was laid in 1957 when the company was founded in Nassau. Today, almost 65 years later, MEN is an international successful company, joining an excellent reputation in the sector of developing and producing premium ammunition for small arms and handguns for the law enforcement and military market.The company has developed continuously - with the aim of offering customers a comprehensive service around the product.

The medium-sized company is specialized in the development and production of small caliber ammunition. MEN has earned an internationally prominent position in this segment and concentrates the development activities on the required qualifications as well as solutions which optimally conform to the wishes of the user. 
Customer focus is in the foreground and therefore the employees are intensively involved in the research and marketing of new technologies and service offerings. These include e.g., developments such as the new LFI - Lead-Free Indoor, which offers a close-to-mission training in the most important calibers 5.56mmx45, .300 AAC Blackout and 7.62mmx51.
At the same time, it minimizes the wear and tear of the shooting ranges.

The development has also been pushed in the popular caliber of .300 AAC Blackout. At this juncture MEN offers three different types in this caliber – a full metal jacket, a deformation as well as a training cartridge.
