XplorIR - mobile FTIR for gas identification

In the scenario of an unknown gas leak, accurate threat assessment is a high priority. The new XplorIR reliably detects around 5,500 gases. Detection limits are substance-dependent and range from 10 ppm to 100 ppm.

The FTIR spectrometer identifies gas present, either in monitoring or single measurement mode. Additional designated information (CAS, GHS, IDLH, etc.) helps to take fast and unerring measures.

The measuring cell is 2 m long with a volume of 38 ml. This makes the XplorIR small and handy - an important advantage for emergency services and special forces. In addition, the device has an oversaturation protection. It prevents too much substance from entering the measuring cell.

The XplorIR is WLAN and Bluetooth compatible. The results from the hot zone can optionally be forwarded via app.
