At Armadillo Tex, our mission is to develop comfortable stab-proof vests with no metal elements and no compromises in comfort or freedom of movement. Few other vests are as lightweight and flexible, thanks to our innovative protective material.

Traditional stab-proof vests often rely on rigid and heavy metal plates that provide limited coverage and significantly reduce comfort. This conventional approach offers little flexibility or breathability, which severely impacts wearability, especially during prolonged or demanding use.

In contrast, we use revolutionary technology. Our unique stab-prof material is made from high-performance materials: aramid, carbon fibers, and glass fibers. This innovative combination achieves the perfect balance between flexibility and protection.

Our exclusive protective material is so flexible that it adapts to body movements without compromising its protective capabilities. By overlapping the protective layers, effective air circulation is achieved and even enhanced with movement. Unlike rigid vests, our design allows for coverage of a much larger area of the body without sacrificing comfort. In fact, our protection area is twice the size of some other vests on the market.

Despite the generous protection area, our vests are among the lightest available. This combination of broad coverage and lightweight design ensures maximum comfort, allowing the vests to be worn for many hours while reliably protecting against knives, needles, and other sharp objects.

Our innovative stab-proof vests are the result of years of research and development in collaboration with our partners in East Asia. Our goal has always been to deliver maximum customer benefit. Our customers agree: with over 500,000 vests sold worldwide, this development is already a success story, and sales continue to grow. In Germany, our clients include government agencies, security companies, emergency services, and private individuals. In other countries, our customer base also includes government institutions and security forces.

Since 2024, we have been producing certified protective inserts in Germany. This enables us to maintain the highest quality standards and offer personalized consultations to our customers.
