When creating SPEAR DUAL LENS, we took the traditional goggle format and added purpose-driven features to maximize comfort and protection. It has a SPEAR Elastic Strap with Tri-Glide™ System to adjust length and quick release key connections; it is compatible with the Wiley X ARC Rail Attachment System (RAS), providing you a secure and comfortable fit, when using a tactical helmet; and it has a removable gasket (Facial Cavity™ Seal) for added defense against pollutants and irritants. This, matched with its symmetrical venting system; its NVG-compatible design; and its WX Dual Lens System, consisting of a two-layer lens that separates the temperature difference from the air on the lens’ inside and outside, making it nearly impossible to fog, the SPEAR is a solid and versatile addition to your arsenal of protective equipment.
LENSES: Grey – Clear – Light Rust
- The Grey lens absorb all colors equally, making it preserve the same color perception as without sunglasses. It is perfect in bright light conditions, it ensures maximum glare reduction, and is perfect for all outdoor sports in bright conditions. It has a VLT of 14% (+/-3%).
- The Clear lens ensures maximum light transmission, making you see the precise color values. Ideal for hazy or overcast weather, as well as dusk/dawn conditions. Perfect for indoor sports and shooting in the early hours. It has a VLT of 81% (+/-3%).
- The Light Rust lens filters out most blue light waves (HEV), which is the key component of glare and haze. It enhances contrast in medium to low light conditions, making it ideal for many outdoor and indoor activities. It has a VLT of 47% (+/-3%).
All three lenses are 100% UVA/UVB protective and coated with a hard coating and an anti-fog coating.
