While developing systems for the defence/military sector always had very specific requirements, e.g. ruggedness, things have significantly changed within the current geopolitical framework. Not only are today’s defence system using the latest technologies which you would also find in automotive, industrial or other market segments, but there is also extended pressure to shorten the development cycles, aiming to get new systems battle-ready as soon as possible.
