This talk focuses on taking defence hardware from concept to scalable production by designing for manufacturability and supply chain resilience from day one. Drawing on more than 100 startup and corporate projects, it shares practical ways to involve suppliers early, build in second source options, qualify alternates, and validate assembly, test, and production constraints in parallel. You will leave with concrete tactics to de risk ramp up and deliver connected defence products on time, on budget, and at scale, even when the supply chain is under pressure.
