The ARCHON Firearms TYPE B is a semi‑automatic, striker‑fired pistol with a polymer frame, developed with a strong focus on shooter comfort and performance. Its intuitive controls, unconventional engineering, and modular design allow the pistol to adapt to the needs of virtually any shooter while delivering excellent shooting characteristics.

At the heart of the TYPE B is the patented AF SPEEDLOCK system. The 5" (12.7 cm) barrel is positioned exceptionally low and moves only a few millimeters straight along the firing axis, without tilting or dropping. This design significantly reduces muzzle rise and provides greater shooting stability and accuracy compared to traditional Browning-type locking systems.
