Session description
Cyber, software, and data capabilities are no longer niche areas in their own right. They are cross-cutting functions that shape leadership, reconnaissance, impact, and support in equal measure. Without robust IT architectures, secure software, and intelligent use of data, any increase in capabilities will remain fragmentary.
The Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIHBw) operates precisely at this interface. It connects operational needs with technological solutions, works in a user-centered manner, and focuses on rapid deployability rather than long-term specifications. The CIHBw operates with speed, a willingness to experiment, a willingness to take risks, and new ways of working.
Time has become a strategic resource.
