The history of our company began in 1964 with a small bakery in Vienna, where traditional baked goods were produced.

In 1989, Christian P. Deiser took over the family business.

In 2000, we expanded our production with a clear focus on special breads that meet the highest ecological and quality standards.

Since then, we have placed particular emphasis on food intolerances and the use of sourdough and Austrian grain, which is cleaned by using the Steinmetz-Method.

Since 2017, we have been based at our company location in Baden near Vienna, where we manufacture our products in our 100% energy-autonomous production hall.

This is a contribution to sustainability of which we are very proud.
