CeoTronics GmbH was founded in 1985, implementing the business idea of developing the best electronic systems for professional communications under harsh ambient conditions.

Since then, communication systems have been created in Rödermark that allow people to communicate with each other even under the most adverse environmental conditions. Whether in noise, in danger or when wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), CeoTronics systems ensure more safety in the workplace, higher productivity and operational efficiency in every case. The CeoTronics Group has approximately 128 employees and is an internationally recognised company. The Group comprises CeoTronics AG and three subsidiaries, sales staff in Germany and abroad, and distribution partners who sell the products in over 40 countries worldwide.

The wide acceptance of our products by professional users such as fire brigades, police forces, airports, the military, industry and energy suppliers is proof that only the best is good enough. CeoTronics will continue to ensure performance leadership through technological innovations, the highest product and consulting quality and a high-quality service portfolio.

CeoTronics strives to create the basis to satisfy all stakeholders: customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, and also the company’s banks as well as the state and society.

CeoTronics is listed on the Basic Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and has been re-admitted to Xetra trading since October 2019.
