Master Group comprises of Textiles, Automotive, Foam Mattresses and Wind Energy. 

Textile is one of our core businesses for more than 30 years with annual turnover of USD 100 million and 5000 employees. At Master Textiles we have Complete Vertical Setup which includes 

Spinning with 45,000 spindles

Weaving with 200 Air-jet looms 

Dyeing, Finishing & Printing of Apparel & Workwear Fabrics 

Garment Manufacturing with 1600 stitching machines

We are certified according to ISO-9001, ISO-14001, SA-8000, Oeko Tex Standard 100, Oeko Tex STeP, GRS, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, BCI, DuPont Lycra assured and INVISTA approved company for branded CORDURA® fabrics.

FABRICS

Our dyeing and finishing unit is a purpose-built plant mainly for woven fabrics with a production capacity of 4 million meters of fabrics per month. We are mainly producing following kinds of workwear, medical and protective wear fabrics and fabrics for Military & Police Uniforms.

Camouflage printed fabrics with IRR in VAT and Pigments for Army & Police uniform.

100% cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics for hospital wear  

Polyester/cotton and Cotton rich fabrics for workwear and laundry businesses

Polyester cotton fabric with stretch EOL (XLA) & Elastomultiester (T400) 

Sustainable fabrics made with BCI cotton, GRS recycle polyester, TENCEL® and Organic Cotton 

High Visibility fabrics (HV yellow, HV orange & HV Red certified EN 20471)

Flame retardant and Antistatic fabrics 

CORDURA® fabrics for reinforcement for workwear garments and military products

Our main export market for workwear and technical fabrics is the European Union especially France and Scandinavian countries.

GARMENTS 

Our stitching unit is a complete, state of the art, cut to pack unit with all modern machinery to give an excellent finish product. We are having 15 sewing lines and have complete garment dyeing and washing range from Tonello, Italy. We are producing around 1 million pieces per month and exporting mainly to Europe. We are making Jean Pants, Chinos and Jackets for men, women & kids and some workwear trousers and hospital garments too.
